That whole chunk of rock in the foreground broke off from the main ledge years ago (or at least that's the way it looked). While I was there I noticed that the backside of this matched almost perfectly with a section from the rockface, my suspicions as to how this fell is that someone stood on it and their weight was just too much for it and the portion (and likely the person) went down the hill.
