Billie's Genes
She was more like a wild fiend whose mind never convened
I said don't mind, but what do you mean that I'm in the know
Who will fight on the show with the ho
She said I am the one who will fight on the show with the ho
She told me we made Billie's genes and she caused a scene
Then every set tuned in so they could laugh at the one
Who will will fight on the show with the ho
People always told me be careful of who you do
And don't go around making young girls' hearts
And mother always told me be careful of who you love
And be careful of what you think because the thought becomes the truth
Billie's genes are not my own ones
She's just

The Top of the World
The top of the world is such a lonely place.
For the man so unfortunate to reach the top of the world there is nothing there; there is nowhere else for others since there is only room for himself so he is therefore alone on his perch.
Above the man is the sky which he can not reach; the man is left to ponder the vast expanse that is the sky and wonder how much higher he could actually go.
Below the man is the place from which he came; down below him are those who are not on the top of the world, the ones whom he has left behind to reach the top of the world. He would see it as an insult to go back down and abandon his position at the top o

She only wants to taste me

Who'll Stop the Sand
Long as I remember the sand been blowin' 'round
Clouds of mystery swarmin' confusion on the ground
Good men through the ages tryin' to find someone
And I wonder, still I wonder, who'll stop the sand
I went down virginia, seekin' shelter from the swarm
Caught up in the fable, I watched the towers fall
Five year plans and new deals, wrapped in golden chains
And I wonder, still I wonder, who'll stop the sand
Heard the singers playin, how we cheered for more
The crowd had rushed together, tryin' to keep cool
Still the sand kept swarmin', blocking all our ears
And I wonder, still I wonder, who'll stop the sand
A long, long time ago
I can still remember
How that kiddie meal used to make me smile
And I knew that if I had a bite
That I could make those people right
And maybe theyd be fatter for a while
But swimming practice made me slimmer
Even with every gram the foodd deliver
Bad news on the market,
So big my car just couldnt park it
I cant remember if I cried
When I read about nutrition lies
But something touched me deep inside
The day, the fattening, died.
They started singing
Bye, bye Miss American Fry
Drove my Chevy to the Wendys but the Wendys was dry
And them good old boys were drinking

While my wallet gently weeps
I look at the debt and I see it needs fixing
Still my wallet gently weeps
I dont know why nobody told you
How to write off your debt
I sure know how someone controlled you
They sold you your regret
I look at the world and I notice its hurting

Still my wallet gently weeps
I sure know how you accumulated
Such a large debt
I sure know your payments were belated
Yet you felt little regret

The Loss of Good Things
Upon these branches green things did grow
In these streams clear water did flow
"One for All, and All for One"
Good intentions were had with no pun
Yet amongst these plains monsoons never came
Our own guilt's effect with ourselves to blame
Against these deeds did we forever vow
Yet facing no resistance but ourselves to disavow
Brought down by our capacity for pleasure
We have nothing but emptiness with which to measure
The void that lies between past and present
The result of our present state of lament
My sweet love, how I wish I could pursue prevalence
Adieu sweet benevolence

I still have to put my housing and tuition deposits down but it's official: I will be a Northeastern University Husky starting in the fall of '09.
The real decisive factor came when my mom told me that she had a larger-than expected contributtion to make so that was really good. Also within the past 2 weeks NEU gave me a $3,250/sem grant which really had me thinking along the NEU lines and then my mom came through with that big offer.
It's been a crazy ride with the admissions stuff and everything but honestly I'm kind of glad that I've made my decision and gotten it out of the way. Now my real challenge is going to be keeping a 3.0 since I
As it turns out I've been accepted outright to only UConn and Northeastern and I've been waitlisted by WPI and RPI (I'm staying on justo to see if they would in fact let me in but I won't be going to either). Right now it looks like I'll be going to Northeastern unless UConn can find a way for me to get free ride (NEU gave me $10,000 in a scholorship but UConn gave me nothing which was really weird, I thought that would've been flipped around the other way). UConn doesn't have an actual biochemistry program so I'd have to go under their "Individualized Major" program but I'm not so sure that's that the best thing to do and plus NEU has a coop
Well, technically it's not the same because the original was supposed to be 16 x 16 but then apparently dA didn't support more than 250 characters so the last line had to be cut back a bit but the idea was that it could be copied over and over to make it up to the 256 point.
